Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues under guidance
- Deploy and configure company-provided equipment (laptops, peripherals)
- Document incidents and solutions in ITSM systems
- Support end-users via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for equipment handling
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to pursue)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional site visits)
