Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Document incident tickets and maintain service desk workflows
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and basic threat monitoring
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Conduct routine maintenance on servers and workstations

Qualifications
