Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist users with device setup, account management, and password resets
- Document incident tickets and maintain service desk procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and best practices
- Support office infrastructure including printers, servers, and cloud services
- Conduct routine system audits and performance monitoring
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Customer service experience or strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
