Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems following standardized protocols
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex incident resolution
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and initiatives
- Maintain inventory management for IT assets and consumables
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and remote desktop tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours during system outages
