Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and servers
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Monitor network security protocols and incident response
- Assist with user access management and Active Directory administration
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
