Responsibilities
- Master hardware/software troubleshooting through guided mentorship
- Learn to manage Windows/macOS environments and Active Directory
- Practice network configuration and basic security protocols
- Develop customer service skills through helpdesk ticket management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-departmental IT infrastructure projects
- Prepare for and complete industry certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn technical concepts
