Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 50+ daily users
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document IT procedures using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring (Cisco switches, Wi-Fi)
- Participate in quarterly cybersecurity awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and RMA
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Basic computer literacy (OS navigation, internet troubleshooting)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in rack environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (for site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
