Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software including Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network security protocols and data protection measures
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and system upgrades
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct regular system maintenance and performance monitoring
Qualifications
