Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across enterprise systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and network configurations
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Maintain compliance with ITIL and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid California driver's license (for site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
