Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems using company-provided equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Document troubleshooting processes and knowledge base contributions
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and basic security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in cross-functional projects with DevOps and Security teams
- Maintain asset inventory and equipment lifecycle management
- Deliver exceptional user support through ticketing systems and direct interaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of OS troubleshooting and networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation abilities
- Excellent communication skills with customer-first mindset
- Adaptability to learn new technologies quickly
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment handling
- Pass background check and drug screening
