Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Assist with network connectivity and security protocolsDocument incidents and maintain service desk tickets
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance projects
- Train on enterprise tools like ServiceNow and Active Directory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
