Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance to users via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, network connectivity, and security protocols
- Assist with onboarding new users and deploying IT equipment
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting tasks
- Monitor system performance and implement basic preventive maintenance

Qualifications
