Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Document and resolve help desk tickets using ticketing systemsAssist in deploying and configuring desktop/laptop systems
- Conduct basic user training on company software and systems
- Monitor network performance and escalate critical issues
- Participate in security awareness campaigns and best practices implementation
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting
Qualifications
