Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 support for desktop/laptop issues via phone and in-person
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Assist with network security protocols and data backups
- Train users on new technology implementations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problem-solving
- Adhere to ITIL best practices for service management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (for on-site support)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
