Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and software systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for 200+ employees
- Assist with network infrastructure setup including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and system configurations
- Monitor system performance and security alerts using enterprise tools
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex incident resolution
- Participate in weekly training sessions covering cloud platforms and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in team environments
- Strong customer service mindset with patience and professionalism
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
