Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain endpoint management solutions (Intune, SCCM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT security and compliance initiatives
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Onboard new employees and optimize device lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows/macOS administration and networking fundamentals
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, scripting, and automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
