Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and endpoint security solutions
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and virtualized environments
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and incident response protocols
- Support AV equipment, conference systems, and mobile device management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration (2016/2019)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware diagnostics
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional site visits
