Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support via phone, email, and remote access for a diverse client base.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software across Windows, macOS, and Android ecosystems.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security configurations.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner using Jira and ServiceNow.
- Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and resolve complex network and hardware issues.
- Train end-users on new software applications and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common networking protocols.
- Experience with remote management tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
