Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory security policies.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to deploy software updates, patches, and security patches across the organization.
  • Assist in the management of network infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and VPN access.
  • Conduct regular hardware audits and inventory management to ensure asset accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
