Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the IT inventory, including the procurement, deployment, and disposal of computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems, office productivity software, and enterprise applications.
- Administer Active Directory user accounts, manage security policies, and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering team to identify and resolve network connectivity issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Train staff on new software applications and best practices for cybersecurity hygiene.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365).
- Familiarity with hardware components, troubleshooting printers, and peripheral devices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A+ and/or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
