Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows/macOS systems, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions including EDR and MDM
- Lead hardware refresh cycles and lifecycle management for 500+ devices
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell/Python for routine tasks
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and SLA management
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms for ticket management
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours during system outages
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
