Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Manage and maintain the end-user computing environment, including Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile device deployment.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Perform regular system health checks, patch management, and security audits to ensure optimal performance.
- Document technical solutions, create knowledge base articles, and maintain accurate ticketing records.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to troubleshoot connectivity issues and improve infrastructure reliability.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new employees regarding IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are strongly preferred.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware peripherals, printers, and VoIP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
