Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile device management (MDM) solutions and remote access technologies (VPN, RDP).
- Assist in the deployment, imaging, and maintenance of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement security protocols and patch management strategies.
- Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and maintain accurate asset inventory records.
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 system availability for critical business functions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
