Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 global trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business opportunities
- Design and validate future-proof solutions through rapid prototyping and user-centered research
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives that balance technological advancement with environmental impact
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation, futures research, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (articles, books, patents)
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language
