Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover deep user insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Execute A/B tests and analyze data to validate design decisions and optimize user conversion rates.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure visual consistency across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the wider team, gathering constructive feedback for iteration.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping libraries.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
