Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing, smoke tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain detailed test documentation and test environment configurations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
