Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and group policies
- Document IT procedures using ServiceNow and Confluence
- Assist with network infrastructure maintenance (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Conduct security patching and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; AAS in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware components
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and remote support tools
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
