Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create automated dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing weekly reports to stakeholders
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy across all reporting systems
- Support global operations during night shifts with real-time data analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and data modeling techniques
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
