- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Experience with high-availability systems and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
