Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement product features.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and evolving business requirements to ensure optimal user satisfaction.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the wider team and executive leadership to drive alignment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
