Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software systems across 500+ endpoints
- Resolve Tier 1-2 technical issues via remote and onsite support
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT infrastructure using industry-standard tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations and upgrades
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after initial training period
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Valid California driver's license for onsite support
- Pass background check and drug screening
