Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ enterprise users across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Execute system backups, disaster recovery drills, and security patch management
- Document technical procedures using ITIL-compliant service management tools
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps automation projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA security frameworks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting methodology for hardware/software issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in server room environments
