Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via remote support and on-site assistance
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset configurations in ticketing systems
- Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and security patch management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Participate in ongoing training to achieve industry certifications
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and best practice documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
