Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify growth opportunities and performance metrics
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection processes and pipeline integrity
- Present data-driven insights to leadership with clear recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in tech or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven projects with measurable business outcomes
- Comfortable working in agile environments with fast-paced iteration cycles
