Job Overview
The IT Support Trainee will assist our network administration team in maintaining the integrity of our internal systems and providing exceptional technical support to employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal stakeholders via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, operating systems, and applications.
- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, mobile devices, and network peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and participate in scheduled maintenance windows.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts.
