Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux systems
- Manage Active Directory, network configurations, and cloud services
- Provide Tier-1/2 support to enterprise clients via ticketing systems
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and Linux command-line interfaces
- Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
