Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols for client networks
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud infrastructure deployments
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after initial training
- Conduct system audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train clients on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Enrollment in IT-related degree program preferred
