Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Execute cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
- Mentor junior trainees during cross-functional projects
- Implement cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) under expert guidance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification
- Experience with Active Directory and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting basics
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installations
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
