Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via remote support and on-site assistance
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset configurations in ITSM tools
- Participate in infrastructure projects including cloud migrations and security implementations
- Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize system performance
- Deliver user training on new technologies and best practices
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications within 12 months
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
