Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns AI innovation with long-term business goals.
- Lead GenAI Initiatives: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI into core product lines to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor the global tech landscape to identify emerging trends (e.g., autonomous agents, ethical AI) and assess their viability for implementation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to secure resources and define success metrics.
- Architecture Oversight: Oversee the technical feasibility of proposed AI solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or AI research, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, and Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Llama).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects from conception to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
