Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive "2026 Vision" technology roadmap, aligning engineering objectives with business growth.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core product lines.
- Oversee the migration to edge computing architectures to enhance data latency and security.
- Identify and vet emerging technologies (Quantum Readiness, Neuromorphic Computing) for potential adoption.
- Manage a cross-functional team of senior architects, engineers, and product managers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical strategies on or before the 2026 timeline.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Native environments (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and ethical AI implementation.
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical vision for diverse stakeholders.
