Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, bio-digital, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and C-suite stakeholders
- Develop patent-worthy intellectual property in next-gen interfaces and autonomous systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment and human augmentation technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.) as thought leader
- Mentor junior strategists through mentorship programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in quantum or AI domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (TED, re:Invent, etc.)
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
