- Author white papers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies (e.g., NIST, IEEE)
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio across quantum-AI convergence projects
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit featuring 200+ global thought leaders
- Establish KPIs measuring technology adoption rates and societal impact metrics
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum computing or biotech innovations
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation strategy
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, NIST AI frameworks)
- Proficiency in systems modeling tools (AnyLogic, Stella) and scenario planning software
