- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Curate partnerships with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE preferred)
- Published work in tech innovation or future studies (journal articles, patents)
