Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology foresight strategies for AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and ethical impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Curate an external innovation ecosystem through academic partnerships and startup scouting
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI frameworks
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience with scenario modeling tools and foresight methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
