Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of shipping products with 1M+ users
- Strong background in agile/scrum methodologies
