As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll lead initiatives that anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable infrastructure. You'll collaborate with Fortune 500 partners, academic institutions, and government agencies to develop actionable frameworks for the next technological revolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies into enterprise transformation
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Author forward-looking white papers published in Harvard Business Review and Nature
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with venture capital and corporate development teams
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, Quantum, Bio, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/CSF preferred)
- Fluency in futures methodologies: Delphi, STEEP, and causal layered analysis
