Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate planning and risk management frameworks
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations for organizational adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and metaverse ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities with data storytelling expertise
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients in high-impact transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
