Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to align technology roadmaps with market evolution forecasts
- Lead executive workshops on long-term risk/opportunity analysis
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness across departments
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Expertise in scenario planning and causal layered analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend mapping
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
