Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across 15+ emerging sectors
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive board on technological, social, and geopolitical shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals and ESG mandates
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining thought leadership through keynote speaking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic plans that generated measurable market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau and Python
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation required
